Sample Menu

Here is a sample of what a typical weekly menus looks like.

We include 5 lunch/dinner options and 5 snack options. Each meal consists of 4 oz. of a protein (chicken, ground turkey or fish), 1/2 cup of a starch and 1/2 cup of a vegetable. Each meal is an average 350 calories.

Orders are due every Friday at noon.

Pick up is the following Sunday 5pm-8pm and Monday 9am-7pm. The new menu for the week is posted every Monday.

Meals come in a microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe PBA-free container.

5. Jerk Tilapia/Salmon topped with mango chutney
6. Acai berry breakfast bowl

9. Almond Joy power balls
