Nutrition Information

We make fresh meals from a menu that changes every week with locally sourced ingredients. Each meal averages 350 calories and the macros are included with each menu item. Macros are the protein, fat and carbohydrates listed in grams that add up to the total calories for a food. Each meal is nutritionally balanced with an average of 20% of the calories coming from fat, 35% carbohydrate and 45% protein.

Meal Portions

Each lunch or dinner item comes standard with 4 oz of protein, 1/2 cup starch and 1/2 to 1 cup of vegetable. Meals can be customized to include a larger portions, protein can be increased by 2 oz increments. Starch and vegetables can be increased by 1/2 cup increments.

Our Breakfast Bowls

Breakfast bowls are made with steel cut oats and almond milk, then they are soaked overnight. The oats are raw and not cooked which adds to its nutritional value. The fiber is not broken down and aids in digestion. Each bowl contains 1/2 cup of oats, 1/3 cup of almond milk, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon of honey, 1/2 cup of fruit and 1 oz of granola. The macros average 344 calories, 7.5 grams fat, 63 grams carbohydrate, 10 grams protein.

A Word about Keto

We can make any meal Keto-friendly by leaving out the starch and increasing the vegetable portion. Omelettes can be made with whole eggs instead of only egg whites which will increase the heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.

Cooking Methods

Our lean chicken breasts are tender and juicy. They are cooked one of two ways, first is sous vide which is a French cooking method involving vacuum-sealing food and cooking it in a temperature controlled water bath. The chicken is cooked at a lower temperature for a longer period of time with herbs and spices, or a marinade producing a flavorful chicken breast. The second way we cook our chicken is in a pressure cooker which produces a shredded chicken that soaks up all of the seasoning and juices that it is cooked in.

We can make any meal vegan or vegetarian. We use a vegetable based protein that looks like chicken or ground beef. Meals can also be made without the animal protein with 1 cup of starch and 1 cup of vegetable and any sauce being made that week.
