Hello all! We are two food lovers committed to bringing our love of healthy gourmet food to those who do not have the time and or knowledge to do so themselves. We love amazing tasting food but also like to keep everything fresh and healthy!
We provide meals which are healthy (350 Calories or less) and gourmet at the same time!
We realize there are other meal services out there, some which do not take healthy eating into account at all and others which are far too strict for 99% of us (we have had both personally). That is where HealthyMeals4You comes in! We make healthy, fresh (NEVER Frozen, NEVER canned) meals which are delicious. However our meals are also healthy, which allows our customers to enjoy their food while losing or maintaining weight.
We know better than most if you are on a program which is so strict it might last a week or so but if you have meals which are great tasting you will stay with it for weeks and weeks allowing you to achieve your goals.
More than just weight loss we also provide delicious meals to families and parents who are just too busy to cook. We have many families who love to have our meals available each and every day.
All meals are cooked by a Certified Culinarian!

- Meal Description – each meal consists of 4 oz. of a protein (chicken, ground turkey or fish), 1/2 cup of a starch and 1/2 cup of a vegetable. Each meal is an average 350 calories. Meals come in a microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe PBA-free container.

FIRST TIME ORDERING?
Step #1 – Check out the new menu each week.
Check out the new menu for the week every week with 9 new menu choices and corresponding nutrition information. We switch up the menu every week so you don’t get tired of the choices so you can stick to your healthy eating plan and reach your weight-loss or fitness goals. Contact us to be notified when our new menu is out each week.

We can customize these amounts at the time of order if you would like larger portions. Each meal is an average 350 calories. Meals come in a microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe PBA free container.
Step #2 – Choose Your Food.
View the ORDER NOW page and add items to your shopping cart. Choose how many of each of the 9 recipes you want, choose any portion sizes upgrades you may want. Submit your order and you will receive order confirmation via email.
Step #3 – Order.
Call, text, email or ORDER ONLINE. Order as many or as few as you think you will need for the week. All orders need to be in by 11am each FRIDAY so that all meals will be ready for pickup that Sunday evening 5-8pm or Monday 9am-7pm. Delivery is available on a limited basis in the Salt Lake Valley, please contact us for more information.
For each week’s menu please email or text us (see below) to be added to the text or email list. The menu will be sent out each Wednesday, a reminder will be sent as a courtesy Friday morning to get any orders in.
Step #4 – Receive your meals and Enjoy!
Meals are ready for pickup every Sunday 5-8pm and Monday 9am-7pm. Microwave and enjoy, never frozen never canned, fresh meals.
